I finally found the solution: In the software, i've created a New blank personnality, (Ctrl-N), entered the frequencies and programmed the 8000. I've checked EVERYTHING with the software, discovered that on a manually (8000D's keypad) programmed channel, radio worked perfectly. for a few seconds before the 8000D came back to its muted situation.
